The à la carte menu starts with cold meze such as kısır, cacık, tarama and patlıcan söğürme, and hot plates including sigara böreği, hummus kavurma and Filibe köfte. From the grill come Adana kebab, pirzola lamb cutlets and the house Payız köfte, alongside Ali Nazik, slow-braised kuzu incik, lamb or chicken roll beyti and yoghurt-topped kebabs.
