The menu follows the ocakbaşı tradition. Kuzu şiş, tavuk şiş and Adana köfte come off the charcoal, along with lamb chops, chicken wings in a house sauce and mixed şiş plates. The yoghurt dishes, İskender and sarmalı beyti wrapped in lavash, are a good choice for something richer. Starters include cacık, yaprak sarma, sigara böreği and fried aubergine in tomato sauce.
